Privacy Policy
Wedding Ideas values its customers and respects their privacy at all times. This policy applies when you buy from both our online sites and our Cheltenham store.
When you buy from the site or the store you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details, and credit/debit card information.
Whilst we collect customer information in an effort to communicate with you about our products services events and promotions, we would never sell, or rent, or give your information to a third party.
With regard to credit/debit card information, this is used to take payment only. We only use your details for processing your order and will not pass them on to any third party. When the transaction has been authorised all information is destroyed – we would never keep records of your credit/debit card information.
Accepting Your Order
The display of our products on this website is not an offer to sell and wedding ideas shall be under no obligation to supply goods until a contract is entered into through payment being accepted and the product being in stock.
If you place an order with us this will be your agreement to purchase our products at the specified price.
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are correct. We will take reasonable care to ensure that the reproduction of colours and prices are correct. We will take reasonable care to ensure that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. However slight variations may occur.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable

All on line payments will be subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server.
We reserve the right to refuse an order from you at any time.
Payment for all orders is at the point of sale and not at the point of dispatch. If for any reason we are not able to fulfil your order on a particular item we will issue a refund to your credit/debit card.
Security
Payment can be made securely on line.
For security purposes no card details are retained by wedding ideas Ltd but go straight to the bank processing the card transaction when you make your purchase (see our privacy policy above)
We will take all reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so to keep all details of your financial transactions secure. In the absence of negligence on our part we do not accept responsibility for liability for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you may provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
Delivery
Provided the goods are in stock, available at the specified price, and your payment has been approved we aim to dispatch them within 2 working days. We ask your patience during busy periods. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will not normally be processed until Monday.
During December please ensure that you order early enough to receive your goods in time for Christmas. Nearer the time we will post the last shopping days on the website.
Standard delivery is charged at £5.95 per delivery address unless otherwise stated with the product description. Please note we cannot undertake deliveries to hotels, hostels or PO Box Numbers.
We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible after ordering, to the delivery address and person of your choice, provided we have the credit payment clearance.
Delivery dates are given with the best of intentions but we can accept no liability for any delay resulting from something which is the responsibility of the courier.
Please notify us within 14 days if your order has failed to arrive.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or a credit note (gift voucher) subject to the goods being returned to us unused and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of you receiving them. Please note we do not issue refunds unless goods are faulty.
On receipt of your purchase you must email us within 3 working days to notify us of your intention and to obtain a returns number.
A credit note (gift voucher), or exchange will only be given when we have received the returned goods and a quality check has been undertaken.
The cost of postage for returned goods is the customer’s responsibility and proof of postage will be required. Please ensure that you return all items in the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
We are unable to accept returns of sale items, or items especially made or sourced to order.
